Customs and Border Protection flagged nearly 75,000 illegal migrants as potential national security risks over a 10-month period ending in August, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported Friday.
While Americans are paying trillions of dollars for President Joe Biden’s climate change agenda, that agenda is weakening America’s national security, and China is set to profit heavily from this folly.
Because of the ongoing crisis at the southern border, which Rep. Mark Green, R-Tenn., calls “one of the greatest security threats facing the American people,” Green and his fellow GOP lawmakers on the Homeland Security Committee introduced the Border Reinforcement Act of 2023 on Monday.
Snowden, 39, a former US intelligence contractor, has been living in Russia since 2013 to escape prosecution in the US after leaking secret files, published by the Guardian, that revealed vast domestic and international surveillance operations carried out by the US National Security Agency.
“As you are aware, the Biden administration recently announced the largest SPR [Strategic Petroleum Reserve] drawdown in history, with plans to release up to 260 million barrels of crude oil from the SPR from October 2021 through October 2022,” the lawmakers wrote.
