Unequal justice has emerged as a theme in the Hunter Biden plea deal, and one example came last week when Judge Maryellen Noreika asked the prosecution and defense in court if their agreement meant the President’s son could still be prosecuted for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Hunter’s lawyers said no, but the prosecutor said yes, and Hunter can thank Robert Mueller if he is prosecuted under that statute.
Earlier this week, U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika threatened to sanction the first son’s legal team over allegations that one of his attorneys had misrepresented herself to the court clerk’s office.
In issuing her July 28 order, Judge Noreika noted that another attorney had unwittingly disclosed the personal contact information of a clerk’s office staff member on the public docket.
One of Joe’s most infamous and specific lies was, “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about — what are you talking about — China,” which he delivered from the stage during the second presidential debate in October 2020.
Judge Noreika knew lawyers were trying to paint her into a corner and hide the ball while forcing her to rubber-stamp their absurd bargain.

But they will care if President Biden is shown to have lied about his knowledge of his son’s multi-million-dollar payments to Biden family members—and if Mr. Biden’s Justice Department blocked IRS and FBI investigators from learning the truth.
The changing narrative comes following the release of evidence purportedly showing how Biden played a major role in his family’s overseas business ventures.
The scandal was never about Hunter’s sordid sex life and drug abuse. It was about Joe Biden’s abuse of power — and all those covering it up.
For years, Hunter Biden has been perceived as getting too many free passes allegedly through his dad’s positions and connections in the federal government.
Now, however, as the latest development in the Hunter Biden investigation suggests, things may finally be moving in the right direction.
