On Monday the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia canceled the oral arguments scheduled for Dec. 5 concerning the potential disqualification of Fani Willis.
In a court filing obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation, it did not provide specific reasons for the sudden cancellation.
The Senate committee chairman, Republican state Sen. Bill Cowsert, told a local Fox station in an interview that his committee has the power to make her testify, adding that she could be held in contempt if she doesn’t cooperate.

Moving the case from the Fulton County Superior Court to the local federal court could alter the dynamics of the trial and prove advantageous to President Trump in the long run.
