Justice for Elizabeth Warren

The Massachusetts senator is the reason her regulatory creation remains out of her control.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) tried to trash U.S. Army veteran Pete Hegseth — President-elect Donald Trump’s choice for incoming Defense Secretary — but instead she got a quick lesson on who he really is.

The Biden Administration is subsidizing semiconductor and green-energy companies in the name of competing with China, even as antitrust regulators make it harder for U.S. companies to compete. Call it degenerative artificial government intelligence.

A Journal editorial notes that Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) has finally acknowledged the disappointing results from ObamaCare’s attempt to reduce prices by regulating insurer profits. But don’t expect the senator to stop promoting misguided market interventions, no matter how ludicrous.

It took 13 years, but Elizabeth Warren is at long last acknowledging that ObamaCare has increased healthcare prices and industry consolidation. Who would have believed it? Government price controls and profit caps have resulted in unintended consequences.
