Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry’s latest is evidence demonstrating the federal government’s use of Big Tech communications monopolies to censor its critics was not at all limited to Twitter.
The NCLA is party to an ongoing lawsuit filed by the Attorneys General of Louisiana and Missouri alleging improper collusion between the federal government and social media companies, and obtained the emails via discovery.
The case was filed earlier this year, and discovery produced after Doughty rejected the administration’s attempt to get the case dismissed bolstered the evidence of Big Tech–government collusion.
