THE man-made climate change scam is in the news again because of the developments in the case of Professor Michael ‘hockey stick’ Mann versus Mark Steyn. Although last year Mann ‘won’ his ludicrous 12-year defamation case against Steyn for calling out Mann’s hockey stick nonsense, the case exposed Mann for the pompous academic lowlife he is.
THE BBC was reported to the police for possible terrorism offences after it admitted that Hoyo Films, the production company behind Gaza: How To Survive A War Zone, made payments to the family of the child narrator of the film despite knowing he was the son of a member of the Hamas government. He is also the grandson of a founder of Hamas.
While few of us in the UK had yet mothballed our winter coats or turned off the central heating for the rest of the year, the Met Office assured us that we had just experienced the hottest May on record in the UK since 2008. This did not reflect the reality to which those of us with eyes to see can attest.
YOU probably saw stories last week claiming that Thursday July 6 was the hottest day on Earth in the history of human civilisation. The idea that we can measure the world’s temperature to a hundredth of a degree is of course ridiculous. Indeed the very concept of a global temperature is unscientific, because there is no such thing.
While the anti-Musk campaign has become a fact of life for BBC consumers, those same consumers may not fully appreciate the rationale which underpins it. BBC attempts to topple wrong-thinking presidents, and now CEOs, happen not by chance: they are always part of a wider agenda.
BBC services are now declining precipitously in the ever-fragmenting media environment, trust in the BBC’s journalism is in freefall, and, according to Reuters Institute research, it has become the least trusted public service broadcaster in the world.
I don’t recall exactly when I reached the end of my BBC tether. There are several possibilities. It was probably its relentless, unhinged loathing of the 45th President of the United States, Donald J Trump. Or perhaps it was Brexit.
