The penny has dropped. They’re going to need to ‘stabilise net zero electricity transmission systems and minimise the risk of blackouts’, which spelled out means dealing with the unreliability of wind and solar energy the country is being forced to harness while they ditch reliable fossil fuel and nuclear-generated supplies.
