Biden earned a 37% approval rating in the latest CNBC All-America Survey, marking his second lowest performance in that metric of his presidency. 58% of U.S. adults disapproved of his job performance. His record-low point in the survey was 36% approval in July 2022, at which time 57% disapproved of him.
