Australia’s Foreign Minister Penny Wong has called for calm as tensions rise following the visit of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan. However, the foreign minister also said that the level of engagement between the U.S. and its Taiwanese counterparts was their own matter.
